v  Purchasing Manager. - Responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services and managing vendors. The successful candidate will be able to perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, search for better deals and find the most profitable suppliers.

o   Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies

o   Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

o   Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms

v  Buyers (3) .- Responsible for ensuring selection of the most appropriate goods and services on the basis of price, quality, delivery times and services support. Forecast likely levels of demand for services, products and/or component parts to be used in manufacturing process; developing market knowledge and contacts for new products and services; producing reports and statistics using computer software; negotiation and agreement of contracts and monitoring their progress.

v  Tooling Engineers (2). - Developing tooling for new projects with suppliers at overseas, from the product/tool design stage to final tool acceptance by molding suppliers. Maintaining all company tooling in coordination with molding suppliers and identified tool rooms. Managing all trouble shooting activities relating to tooling breakdowns. Managing tooling capacity / life and planning for new tooling / refurbishment. Optimizing processes relating to new tooling and supporting the PPAP, pilot lots and mass production at molding suppliers as and when required. Trouble shooting cases relating to process / product issues at molding suppliers. Optimizing molding processes to reduce cycle times and achieve cost reductions.

v  Quality Engineers (2). - Responsible for fulfilling the role of Quality expert; this is a hands-on position.  Ensure the quality of the parts produced meet all customer expectations; quickly and effectively take action when non-conformances are found.  Maintain the most recent interpretations of the quality system requirements and therefore ensure that documented practices meet the true interpretation of the quality management system standards.

v  Industrial Engineers. - Responsible for determining most effective ways to improve several products manufacturing processes. With or without supervision develops ways to increase productivity, maximize efficiency, and manage human capital more effectively. Optimize methods of business organization. Design production planning and control systems. Design layout of equipment and workspace.
